Horrific service from service manger!

I bought a Brand new ViVo polo from the Culemborg branch. The first problem that arouse with the car was when it rained and the head lights are on there is was mist build up in the right head light. When I called about this I was advised this is normal and happens in all VW's. The second issue i had was the back door rubber which when I close the back door would get stuck in the door.
Please note that the ''brand new car'' was not even 4 months old yet at this time. The main problem encountered was a whistling wind noise when driving, when I phoned Culemborg service department i was given the response from Vanessa that the noise is ''cabin pressure''. As i was not happy with this response when back to her and complained that i was not happy, i was simply brushed off and told that i can keep coming back as they would keep trying different things till I'm happy with the noise as it will never go away as it is cabin pressure. I went to VW Taygervalley and had them access the car, only to find that Vanessa Naidoo was not telling the truth and my new vw polo needs to go to the panel beater and have the door relined which is the same thing i told Mrs Naidoo but was told I'm wrong.
