Member of virgin orange movil not doing his jo

We have pre arranged to move our goods with the above mentioned person, filled in our paperwork and also even agreed to pay more that the original price, he stated to us in an email that the truck will be in pretoria at 08h00 on the 23-02-2013, its now 12h00 and still no truck or does he answer his phone, office number doesnt exist and the other number just doesnt ring what so ever, is this how a service is rendered? unprofessional and very pathetic, i must run after him for money his company, i will strongly not advise using these people to move your goods, they a no show fly by night company.
