BAD BAD SERVICE

I don't know why FNB are using this courier company. There service is the worst I ever came across. They are trying to deliver my card since 22nd of January 2013 with excuses. Sat at home for a total of three days and still no delivery. Spoke to the call center yesterday and arranged with them to deliver my card at a branch and they could not even get that rite. They phoned again today to arrange delivery of my card. Absolutely pathetic service.
