As arranged via FNB-my wifes credit card-to be delivered to my home. CCD phoned 26 Jul indicating card to be delivered 29 Jul. Alt del to branch was declined by me. My contact details two land lines, one cell phone number and physical home address were given, confirmed. It was agreed that delivery could take place-any time on 29 Jul. My wife stayed home the whole day 29 Jul. No delivery, no phone call. CCD phoned 30 Jul to arrange for card delivery. Alt del to branch was once again declined. Excuses raised for nondelivery ranged from not having a telephone number-wrong tel number-cannot find the street-cannot find the house number. CCD was requested to return the card to FNB with reasons why card delivery was not accepted by client. CCD keep and keep on phoning me-did not get the message. FNB phoned 05 Aug requesting me to consider card acceptance. Del agreed upon 06 Aug from 16:30 to 21:00. CCD phoned and same was confirmed. At 16:15 too early CCD arrived rendering my wife to cut short her sewing class. CCD employee did not wear clear co distinguishable uniform. No co vehicle used for del. Private vehicle was used-old Toyota Corolla without any co signage.
