Lying about delivery time, more than once!

On the 21st of February I received an sms from CCD Couriers saying that they have taken receipt of my FNB MyBranch card. On friday, the 22nd of February I called to ask when exactly they are going to deliver the card as I'm in town only for a short while - explicitly told the consultant that I will NOT be available on the 26th of February. She said that delivery will be arranged on the 25th (today). I later received an sms confirming that. This morning I received another sms confirming that they are coming TODAY. I waited ALL DAY for them as there is no one at home... I phoned several times after 4PM (they said the driver will be here between 8AM and 4PM). The last I heard from CCD was "Edith" calling me to say that the driver is in town and that he is making deliveries and that he'll be here shortly. Once again... NO ONE SHOWED. An angent at one point told me that they will deliver the card tomorrow... I told them that I was not available and that's why it was arranged for today! I can't believe the unprofessional service and the! How can First National Bank, a respected and trusted company, make use of a company with such very low quality service? Angry and upset.
