No action on my Ad

I made online changes to my ad on 26 Dec which was suppose to be effective 24 hours later. On 2 Jan, my changes were still not made. During this time I had sold my vehicles using another website. When I queried this, I was slapped with their terms and conditions. BTW - they were closed for the XMas period, but did not inform their clients.
