Unhappy with outcome of complaint

I have no choice but to take the car to be serviced here as it is a company vehicle. Having said that I feel like because I'm not the owner of the car I am not taken seriously. On my previous services (2) I experienced bad service but today has got to be the worst. It may seem petty to the reader but this is more about principal than anything else. I have recently stopped smoking and keep a loose cigarette in my car as a reminder of the habit I gave up, knowing that this is not safe in the normal spot that I keep it I moved it to where I keep my petrol slips and no person servicing my car has a reason to open it, I also had loose sweets that I put away, as you may have guessed these were taken and the sweet papers left lying in my car even though they were suppose to vacuum? My biggest concern was my 2G flash that looks like a mini cooper which I put in the cabby hole (I know nothing of cars so to me a service is not done through the cabby hole) it has been, as I said petty to the reader but this was given to me by my Father and has sentimental value. The branch has told me that the staff was apparently searched, if so would my flash not have been found? Extremely disgusted.
