Manager/Owner has NO ethics

Wednesday 20th Feb about 07h00 my wife drove into Enjen Woodmead to put air into the left back tyre that was increasingly loosing pressure. Pumping air did not help and on closer inspection the attendant found that there were 3 nails and a gash on the inner wall. He and a colleague volunteered to replace it with the spare. My wife tipped them and as she was driving off she noticed what could have been the owner or manager remonstrating loudly with the two attendants stating that it was not their job to change tyres and pointing that "she" could have gone to the supaquick across the road (It was seven in the morning and my wife certainly did not go into the garage intentionally to change the tyre in the first place) He continued venting his anger on the two intimidated employees.

On their website, under values, Enjen states boldly that "We demonstrate ethical, fair and tranparent behaviour. Our actions earn trust and respect from others ".

Really???

In closing I extend my heartfelt thanks to Chris and the other attendant who so kindly helped my wife.

I dont think I am allowed to mention what I think of the third guy!!!
