Refused booked vehicle

On 8th Feb I went to the Europcar counter at King Shaka airport to collect my pre-booked vehicle. The attendant insisted on seeing my original passport, although this was never mentioned as a requirement. and I hadn't brought it with me. She refused a fax copy sent to her fax, my original international and Canadian Driver;s Licence and my SA credit card. I was obliged to rent from Tempest, who had no problems wit the above.
On 11 Feb I e-mailed a complaint detailing the issues to the manager [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] I also copied their airline partner; [Email Removed] . 10 days later there has been no reply by email, phone or mail. Nothing.
They foul up and couldn't care less. Last time I use Europcar!
