DISGUSTING SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES!

I have never been more disgusted by a courier company!

It has happened multiple times that packages have not been delivered or collected from our offices and when you phone the call center you get passed around or told the manager is not there. Is the manager ever there???

We are trying to run a business here and yet we have to put up with pathetic, slack, incompetent service.

One would think that a courier company would pride themselves on punctuality but apparently that's not Fedex...
