UTTER INCOMPETENCE AND UN-WILLING TO ASSIST

Christo (apparently manager at Cape Town branch of this pathetice courier) finally got back to me today.
It took 4 phone calls to their call centre, a few to their local branch yet still no-one could even tell me where my shipment was. Eventually I had to get into my car and driver to their offices. Half an hour later we find out goods are in Cape Town. Although waybill is consigned to PLZ, they keep goods in their CT bond cage until a R220 RIB fee is received. This is a charge as the goods are pre-paid at origin, there should be no fees for the consignee. Eventually Christo put the fone down and just refused to deal with me. Who knows what's happening with my parcel now. I had to speak to 4 people at Fedex before I found one who even knows what an inco-term is. This is to logistics what numbers are to accountants. An international courier that doesn't know what inco-terms are???

USELESS - PATHETIC - INCOMPETENT - BAD ATTITUDE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME EITHER.

I will be advising all my clients to avoid these.
