Lack of respect

I received an sms to say that I h ave a judgement that's going to be processed from the Magistrates Court and responded. I called and spoke to a Collette who was rude and aggressive. I called her team leader who then persisted that she was in the right and that she had been trying to call me since November 2012. I had not spoken to any one till that afternoon at 15h45.
