Bernie Naidoo doesnt apply the law to cases

I lodged a dispute with the CO offices re an error judgement which Nedbank obtained in a Johannesburg Magistrates Court, whilst I am a resident of Cape Town and the cause of action arose wholly in Cape Town. I was told by Bernie Naidoo that it is legal for Nedbank to obtain a judgement in JHB even if I have never set foot over there and she closed my case! Please get your staff training in the law of civil procedures, it is necessary for their performance.
It is illegal for a JHB court to grant a judgement against a inhabitant of the Cape Town court!! Please refer your case to the National Credit Regulator to resolve and not to B Naidoo, cos she will close the case!
