I bought a demo on 31 Jan. Agreement was that a few paint/bodywork damage points be fixed 1st.
3 weeks later, I only took delivery on 20 Feb.
On 22 Mar, 30 days later, i sent a list of all my complaints of how the car was damaged MORE by supposedly fixing it, yet i need to pay the agreed price of 31 Jan. This wasnt a demo anymore. It was second hand looked disgusting.
8 Apr, the car returned to Honda Hatfield-manager agreed to have the old/new damage fixed (although, we knew that many of those cannot be fixed-only replaced-He decided to take the fix route).
Frustrated, trying to be thankful for his efforts, hope for the best, we agreed.
26 Apr-Another 3 weeks later the car came back with many old damage not fixed, many just covered up, and many new damage.

You say that we had to inspect before accepting, but with a car shining as a star, but pathetically cleaned, without proper sunlight at 16:30, and pressure of the store closure of day, how should we do that?
We requested this to be fixed properly before 10 May, or the purchase will be cancelled. Also we requested a courtesy car, as we need a second car in the next 3 weeks.

We have old correspondence &records if needed.
