Strike means Loss of income

I posted a parcel on the 13 of Feb and paid an exorbitant R195 to have it shipped overnight.
Its now the 18th and I cannot even get my parcel back from their hub in the area the parcel was sent from.
Is this not?
Due to the massive losses experienced, I will never ever use SAPO or Speed Services ever again,
Now I see their web site is also down.
Pathetic State protected service.
