Speed Services Couriers
No Service

I couriered a parcel from the Cape to North West, Hartbeespoort. This was ordered to be overnight. The parcel is more than a 9 days with Speed Services and no parcel. I called several times and the people just say "we are on strike", sorry we can't help you. I find this unacceptable. I tried to call the manager and Managing Director which failed to answer the telephone. The people are not making any effort to deliver the parcel after begging, threatening and asking politely. What else can be done with an incompetent courier.
