I'm one very unhappy Ford customer as everone is passing the buck and no one in the Ford team with all their traing and experience know what to do. I bought my wife a brand new Ford Fiesta 1.6 6 speed power shift in 2010.From day one their has been a problem, we had the car for one week and my wife got stuck, the car does'nt want to start. Consolidated Ford in Boksburg informed us that they need to change the geabox. We left the car with them for three weeks just to find out its not the gearbox but a software problem. We got the car back and two months later, the same problem, just this time the car broke down in Edenvale where Basil Green Ford informed us its the alternator and the battery wich they changed under garantee. Two months later the same problem, this time the gearbox needs a version upgrade wich we waited two weeks for the new version upgrade cause they had to wait for Head Office to send it to them. Now two months later, the same problem, all this drama just to be where we were in 2010.I will never buy Ford again as I bought 4 Fiestas for my business.3 hours later and I'm still waiting for Vernon from customer care to phone me back, they dont care if you stuck, 3 hours and waiting
