Disgusting Attitude

When phoning for a quote i got the most appalling attitude from this woman. She was extremely rude and when asked to speak to the manager after she slammed the phone down in my ear she said she was the manager. When i told her its no way to speak to a customer her response was that i am not a customer but a potential customer and then slammed the phone down in my ear again!
