VW Bruma needs a lesson or two from you

Cars & Transport

I was driving my VW Polo in the Alberton area when my ABS light came on. I managed to locate the nearest VW dealership which was Alberton. When last did you stay at a five star hotel and receive that five star treatment. This is how I felt treated at VW Alberton. I was greeted by a lady called Tamsen. She was amazing. I was stressed and worried that I might not be able to drive my car home. Tamsen showed me the waiting room and said she would get a mechanic to take a look at my VW. I thought it will be a long wait but within minutes a mechanic came to my assistance. He too was just amazing. This was service at its best. The mechanic found the fault, told me its a fuse on my battery that needed to be replaced. Nothing too serious. Might I mention that while my car was gone to be diagnosed Tamsen came into the waiting area to check if everything was fine and if my car was being looked at. All this in less than 10 minutes. I told Tamsen I will bring my car in the next morning. No need to make a formal booking as the mechanic advised it will take 6 minutes to have the fuse replaced, however there will be labour costs. For service like this who cares about labour costs.
