Brand new Kia Rio problems, dealer denies

Cars & Transport

New Kia Rio 1.4 Tec bought 16 Jan 2013 from Kia Windhoek. Received car with:
1 - severe scratch on inside of driver door. Informed salesman, JF van Eeden, he said they would have it repaired, but nothing was done since
2 - front bumper not lining up with body panel due to mount clip (s) damaged/missing. Dealer advised they would repair only with 1st service (15000km) because it would take long and they are unable to supply courtesy car
3 - rattling sound coming from the radio unit from time to time
4 - marks and small paint splashes visible on the exterior because dealer had car poorly repaired at panelbeater after receiving it scratched
5 - handbrake does not fully engage unless pulled up beyond the normal point, which is very difficult for a lady (me). Should be easy for dealer to fix, but JF van Eeden insists there is no problem
WORST: Even at normal speeds driving over slightly bumpy road it feels like car loses grip and bounces side to side. Confirmed by several other drivers. Feels like you lose control somewhat. Very frightening and feels dangerous. Only JF van Eeden at dealer drove the car and denies existence of the problem
