THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING

TNT allows you to track your delivery. After my delivery makes it to SA it takes TNT 3 weeks to contact me and inform me that i have to pay over R7000 in customs tax and duties and i have 3 days to do so. I was told this on the 7th of Feb. I paid on the 10th of Feb, which was over a weekend. A week passes. Now they tell me my package is in storage and i have to pay for storage fee's!!! Have you people lost your minds? Could nobody have called and told me? Does your 3 day rule seriously include the weekend despite me paying within 3 days? What i bought oveseas was something precious for my husband for our new home and you have destroyed this time for me.
