I loose tyres on my 320D BMW every 5000 km. When I took my car to BMW for checking what the problem is and fixing it, they told me I must pay R 951 before they even saw the car. They focused on this R 951 like it is the last money that they are going to make.hey also told me that the vehicles rims will be bend also before they saw the car. Sure they were dressed neatly, friendly and greeted me on my name, there it ended. The car has a motorplan. The tyres are worn so badly in the inside. now I see on Google this is a general problem. The DP of Leo Hase is far too good to even speak to me. His PA took my detail and promised to come back to me, she dissapeared. BMW told me that Tyremart caused the problem, they don't know what they are doing, don't have the tools the work on my car and that they don't have the specs. Seems to me that BMW Centurion are desperate for a few rands. They told me one untruth story after the other, while management is too good to speak to me.
