Warranty and mantainance plan

Kia Goldreef and Kia SA as a whole are useless, i purchased my car last year January, where i also purchased a maintenance plan, now they say the shocks needs to be replaced and surprisingly i cant claim from either maintenance plan or warranty, they say its y fault the shocks were damaged, its due o my negligence.

Even getting feedback from them was a mission i had to follow them around, until they came up with this of stories.

I'm so angry with Kia, I'm never buying a car from Kia.
