Excellent Service from Big Boy Scooters - Fourways

I would just like to commend you on impeccable service. We have bought two bikes from you since December 2012 and this afternoon the Powerflite 300 broke down - due to the overflow pipe being slightly loose. We called AA Roadside Assist which is a free service offered when purchasing a bigboy scooter. We got the run around from them, were promised the driver would be there in 1hour. After waiting for 1.5hrs, ongoing calls to the hotline and he still hadnt arrived and they didnt even know where he was!! I phoned Conrad at Bigboy Fourways who hauled Cliff out of his lunch period (for this we are EXTREMELY grateful) and Cliff defied traffic and sped to help us out - he fixed the problem in under 5 minutes. A big thank you for your ongoing impeccable service and for truly going the extra mile - despite my ranting in your ear!! We are truly thankful and would recommend your offices to anybody looking for a scooter with that added touch of service excellence!
