Good day. I drive a Renault Laguna 2.0 Turbo 2006 model (my wife bought the vehicle 2nd hand with 45000km on the odo and it is currently on 61808km) which broke down in Rustenburg on 04 Feb 2013 (crank pulley bolt broke causing damage to head, etc). I was told today that the parts are on back order (part number 7701473101REN and 7701473135REN), which I have paid cash for (R16 653.79). My complaint is that the dealer does not want to assist with a loan vehicle. Apparently their loan vehicles are both out. I am a loyal supporter of the Renault Sport brand (this is my 4th Renault) and if this is how they treat their customers, I will ensure to refrain from this brand in future and also advise all my colleagues to look elsewhere. I am an engineer and cannot be without a vehicle.

Worse still is that they cannot tell me when the parts will arrive from France. in today's day and age. I would really appreciate it if you can assist to arrange a loan vehicle and have it available at Friday 15 Feb at 13h00. I will also expect the dealer to deliver my vehicle once repaired to Lydenburg and collect the loan behicle.
