Sheer incompetence!!!

Jan, 10, 2013 my BMW E92 (SIYA C GP) was booked in for repairing LR fender and I was told it would take approx. 15 working days (meaning Feb, 1 it would be back). I called in that last week of Jan and was told there were delays, understandably so, and that it'll be ready Feb, 8 which also went by with an extra week extension on my courtesy car. Now I am told it won't be ready this week Feb, 15 either, what's that? Wasn't this extra 10 working days enough to make up for the unexpected delays??

I am totally unhappy about this, it's been over a month now and my courtesy car's due back after it's been extended, what am I to do now considering I won't have my car back and my courtesy car will be taken away?? This is such poor service delivery and all I hear are false promises? It's now going on 30 working days, double the estimated time, all that time for replacing and painting a single fender???

THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Believe me when I say I'd never recommend nor bring my car back there for anything..
