Dear VW South Africa.

This is a complaint from a current VW car owner.

I am the owner of a 2011 Golf 6 GTI.

I have been seriously unhappy with the service and quality of the car I have received from VW.
Other than the service I received when I purchased my vehicle from Volks Motors (which was good), the rest of what I have received has not been good enough.

I have had services from the Bruma VW and the Hyde Park VW.
I have always loved the VW Golf GTI.
When I could afford to buy one, I was very positive and bought without hesitation.
Following this I have been disappointed by the service I have received and by the quality of the car.
I will never by another VW product after this experience.

I have sent 2 emails as formal complaints and I have received no response from VW.
VW has to do something extremely special to change my mind on VW products.

As it stands, when my current maintenance plan expires, I will flog my car, walk straight into the closest audi dealership, and purchase the Audi S3.

Sorry VW, you have seriously disappointed me.
