Incompetent and very disrespectful

I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE TWO ABOVE NAMED MUSKETEERS FOR OVER TWO weeks and they to me each day when i called in, requesting for their but they turned me into a full and a amockery in their woodwork workshop callcentre. till i decided to go ther in person where by i was tossed from 1 department to the other walking thru dirty warehouses and floors, just for the delivery of my study materials which was set to be sent BY THE 14 OF JANUARY. SKYnet levels of proffessionalism are questionable the whole staff ther is very incompetent they are quick to insult peoples inellect than to assist coz even those callcentre agents can tell you tht Tanya or queen they r not at work for the past week yet you have been toking to them a 2 minutes ago. Unisa you are bringing your name into disrepute by dealing with such Big Building Companies with Dwarfy Levels of Prfessionalism. Up to this date i still havent got my material 2 weeks b4 i submit my first assignmnt.
