At Monday 29/04/2013 i brought the car for Front and Rear Bumper, at Friday the 03/05/2013 at about 12h: 00 I have received text message that the car is ready for collection and their closing at 15h: 00.
I asked to leave early at my work an arrived at 14h:00 at the Workshop with an expectation to get my car, I found the paint not wiped out on both bumpers, I called the superviser who was in charge to come to check the car, he also found that the car is not well cleaned (bumpers), he ordered someone to come to take the car from the parking area back to the workshop, I have to for about 2 hours, I came 14h:00 and left at 15h:50 and my car still not fine I have to take it because I wanted to use it at the weekend.
Service was very disgusting, not professional and no willingness to service me (Customer), I'm very disappointed of the service, an I asked myself that are other customer experience (d) the service I have received.
I believe firstly when you send me SMS that the car is ready, somebody checked it thoroughly and confirmed that is 100% ready for the customer to collect.
i have send a complaint to the workshop, the management didn't even try call me or respont to my complain.
