I purchased a motor vehicle from Toyota Killarney in December 2012 and paid in cash. The sale was based on the fact that all the dents on the car would be repaired in the new year. After contacting the dealer several times in January, they collected the car for repairs. The repairs were going to take a day or two but the car was only returned to me after three weeks with the dents on the back doors still there and more damage than when it went in. Amongst others, the front bumper had been scratched and there was a dent on the back bumper. I was also promised a new spare key, as the key was broken but instead I received a key that had been glued together. I am extremely disappointment in the service received from them. The salesman assured me that the car would be returned to me in an immaculate condition. How can they base a deal on certain conditions, take my money and not adhere to it?
