Will NOT deal with KWIK FIT EVER AGAIN

On the 27/01/2013 i went to Kwik Fit in red hill to fit on a double tail pipe and a Performance box. i said to them i want a nice tone on the car but i do not want the power to drop. they fitted it on which costed me R1595.00. on the 28/01/2013 i went back n complained that the power has dropped alot. the owner said that give it time it needs to settle in. i went back after a week n complained that nothin improved. they insisted it has something to do with my fuel and sent me to two places to check if my fuel consumption was correct and for a dino test and both the places said it was all fine. i went back and demanded they take their box out n give my money back, they refused and put a smaller box with 1 tail piece which is NOT what i want, they didnt even give me any sort of compensation back. all i want now is my money back and nothing else. i feel i am being robbed for this. now i have paid R1595 for something a originally had on my car THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR. I WILL NOT STAND AND WATCH MY MONEY GO DOWN THE DRAIN.
