Poor services and promises not kept

I have been waiting for a parcel for over 2 weeks. I have called into they call centre numerous times and still have received no joy. I was promised my parcel last week and still nothing has been delivered. On friday I then got through to a manager who promised that I would get my parcel late friday or latest saterday morning 09:00 and no one pitched. I then called in at the call center and was placed on hold for more than 10 min and eventually at the 11th minute i hang up with no answers to the where-abouts of my parcel. The call agents are also of not much help as all they can say is" i dont know". I am unable to attend to my studies as my books are in transit. I NEED MY BOOKS. I am disgusted with the lack of service and comptence of the call center agents including the manager GAIL WHO MAKES EMPRTY PROMISES.
