DHL SA are a bunch of clowns

I ordered a shipment from the States which arrived in 4 days. Now... 2 weeks later and its still not been delivered. There were some problems with the details on the waybill... but no one explains to me what the problems are, they just send me fines that i need to pay. I email and email and email and no one gets back to me. And when i call i get told that i will be contacted back... WHICH NEVER HAPPENS!!! The attitude of the staff in Cape Town Blows!!! They not helpful at all and they just dont give a. And then when you get put on hold... you hear some guy with a Glomail voice telling you how great they are.
The service from DHL and Customs are POOR... I had to contact a friend of mine at Berry&Donaldson so he could explain what was going on.
