Rear view window falling off

I purchased a pre-owned 2023 Hyundai i20 on 13 September 2025. On the same day I collected the vehicle, the rear window fell off while I was driving. I reported this issue to the salesman, Sive Dukumbana, on 15 September.

Despite repeatedly following up, I was instructed to drive to Stellenbosch to have the issue fixed, but it was not resolved. In the second month, Sive sent Antie Farida to my residence to repair it, but the problem remained, and although she promised to return within a week, she never did.

In the third month, Sive asked me to drive to Hyundai in Cape Town for another attempt at a repair, yet the issue is still unresolved. The rear window remains loose and continues to fall off, creating a serious safety risk—especially as I am still a learner driver.

For three months, I have been requesting assistance without success, and I am repeatedly driving back and forth, wasting fuel, with no solution provided.
