I was a MiX Telematics car tracker customer my account was handed over to MBD Att, they were harrassing me day and night to settle the account of R4066 eventually they gave me 50% discount, I did my best to pay their settlement quotation in full given to me by their consultants of R2033 on the 15th of DEC 2022 I paid it in full because I was receiving calls from their consultants in a gab time of 20min each thats how bad they were harassing me I sent the proof of payment. Since Ive been calling their office to request for the settlement letter they are sending me from pillar to post and I got tired and I called that Mandisa lady she told me she does not work there anymore and I must call their help desk, On that call center number nobody wants to assist me with the letter and worse of all Matrix is coming back and they are debiting my account sending me messages that Im owing them R3251.76 Im not sure what they want from me now. I gave them my email address asking them to email after the payment they said 14 days till today and now.

Im so unhappy with this experience Im having with them because Im not owing this account according to my knowledge.
