We bought a brand new Hyhundai IX35 from Fouche Motors in August 2012. Since day 1 we have trouble with the car. After liasing with Hyhundai SA we decided to also inform Dashen, the salesman that sold us the car what is going on. The car has no power and dips in 3rd gear. Dashen then said that from the dealership side they will try and get us another car and take the IX back as it is still under the 6 months of the new credit act. After numerous phone calls to him and then to Mohammed (the owner of Fouche Motors) and Higgs, no one has ever come back to assit. The car has gone in twice to Hyhundai to try and fix the problem but hasnt worked. When we followed up with Dashen in January, he informed us that he does not work there anymore. How convienient. The leather is now flaking off the seat!! Unacceptable! I am insisting on canceling the contract with Wesbank and Fouche Motors to reimburse us for the extra's we have already done on the vehicle and place us into another vehicle!
Fouche Motors has no after sales service!
