Great Assistance from Engen Petroleum Staff!!!

After the incident that happened on 29 November 2012 at the Engen Mega Stop in Stilfontein, where Petrol was added to my Turbo Diesel car, I received great feedback from the two ladies involved. I called the Engen Customer Complaints and was received by a friendly lady called Faith. She listened to me and took all my details. She told me that she will follow up on the matter... and she did. I was even phoned by the garage owner's insurance to ask me to stop communication with Engen, because the owner does not like being bothered by them. That means that she did something right.
After receiving no help from their insurance, I had to ask for help from Engen Customer Service again.
I was phoned by Ronel and she told me that see was looking into the case and asked for some details.
She kept me updated with what was going on, which is more than I can say from the insurance company who only demanded paperwork but gave no replies. After she started phoning the insurance things started happening.
Even though its been 6 weeks and I'm still without my car, I really appreciate the help that was given to me from the ladies at Engen. My anger is with the owner and his insurance and not with ENGEN
