SOLD A PROBLEMATIC CAR

I bought a car in 2015 a pre owned car cash, in 3 weeks time it gave me a problem a key stuck in the ignition, I called the dealership so letting them know about the problem they fetch the car and took it to their workshop where it stayed for a month before it was fixed it only dawned to me that they might have sold me the car knowingly very well that its problematic, most of the time this car will be stationer for +/- 3 months with the very problem of the key stuck in the ignition, all I did with this car is to fix, fix and fix until recently whereby it has been stationery not moving at all for 10 months with the key stuck in the ignition, I have tried to sell it, even the scrap yards cannot buy it because of this problem, its almost 3 years I have been having this car, most of its time it has been parked in the garage more than I have driven it, please any advice or intervention is welcomed to solve this
