Throwing bottle from vehicle

I was driving down Okavango Drive in Kraaifontein at around 13H20 when the driver threw a plastic cola bottle out his window, It bounced and then hit the windscreen of my car. Luckily there was no damage, I tried to confront the driver at the robot at Langeberg Road but he made a quick escape so that I could not take a pic of him. This type of behaviour should be condoned and the driver should be disciplined. A less experienced driver could have swerved and caused an accident.
