Please help! a year of patience!

In February 2012 my Mazda triptronic gearbox packed up. Nelgear fetched the car, and it was returned about 4 days later and a payment of R15000, was paid. Drove for -300km and white of smoke blew out from the back of the car. They fetched the car and it stood for - a month - returned it and the triptronic was not working and all warning lights came on after driving - 300km, and so the car went back and forth, in November we took the car to Mazda Lydenburg, and they found that the ECU was faulty, Middle Dec they fetched the car again which is still standing there, and was told to pay R16000 for a ECU, but there was no sign of the ECU giving problems until they worked on the car. May I add, they always returned the car dirty, black ants crawling out cd player, which now doesnt work, gearbox cover which fell off, and no under body plate replaced. They seem to be playing for time as the guarantee expires in a few days! and I have'nt even driven the car 1800km in a year. Please help! a year of patience and inconvenience! They seem to be passing the buck onto me! (Supplier name changed by Hellopeter.com)
