Poor condition of cloakrooms

Returning from the Eastern Cape to Cape Town on 8 January, we stopped off at the Engen 1 Stop just outside Outdshoorn for a snack and to stretch our legs. I used the ladies cloakroom. The toilets are old, grubby and unhygienic. There was newspaper under two or three toilets (faulty or leaking) with no out-of-order signs. This 1 Stop is well located and has been there for at least 16 years. Perhaps time for an up-date?
