Filthy bathrooms

It is absolutely disgusting that one has to pay huge amounts on toll fees and then have to use bathrooms at the Engen 1-stop garage that is filthy, smelly and has not been maintained in years. The toilets are overflowing, the basins do not work and there is no soap in the dispensing units.. Worst of all is they have a check-up sheet that says that they are cleaning... Well that remains to be seen!
