Although Classic Removals provide you with the best quote, they play by their own rules once they are in possession of your payment and goods. They postponed 6 times for pick up but when there was a delay with delivery, they insisted on an hour's extra pay for their staff. Not a compromising attitude from their side, although they insisted on extra pay from our side before they would deliver, even though they were aware of the facts. So disappointed: please think carefully before you accept their quote. READ the fine print! Never again.

I phoned Anlie, their rep, who referred me to AJ, the boss. When speaking to him, he promised to look into the matter and respond within three days. It followed it up with an email to AJ. It has been two weeks, i got a read receipt, but to date no response from AJ.
