What must I do to get reaction?

What must I do to get a quote from Avis? I have posted numerous requests on their website, since 3rd of January, (asking for quotes where I gave the information, of where I simply ask them to call me back), I have called them personally now and their answering machine tells me that 11:30 on n Tuesday morning it is not office hours. Avis gave me wonderful service in the past... But what must I do to get a responce from them now??
