DAMAGES TO THE CAR

On the 13-12-2013 I received an Avis car which was a courtesy car. No Avis staff member helped with the inspection from collection as well as at the time of departure. Aubrey wrote on the pre-rental agreement that there were a few scratches on the bumper as well as a windscreen that was not in mint conditions. If the car is not thoroughly inspected to the satisfaction of both the client and the dealer, how on earth are they going to make an accurate call about the state of the vehicle. They are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, unethical, disloyal and do not possess any amount of professional etiquette. All i want is the refund to be processed as promised, will appreciate an urgent feedback regarding this matter as i am not prepared to suffer from the dealers mediocrity.
