Tempest car rentals is the worse by far

Oct 2012 i booked a car for the 20th till 24th of December i later extended the car till the 26 of December @ a rate of R563.00 per day. I called a day before pick up date and i was told my booking was cancelled bcoz i didnt pick up the car in Oct. i proved to them that the reservation is for December. I was on the phone for 2 hrs fighting to to get a car coz i was travelling to DBN the next day and they told me they cant do anything about it its not in the system, finaly they made a plan... on returning the car the invoice was at a rate of R799.00 per day. R2000.00 debit on my account (sms)

i sent a query and 1 reason was that i took the car for 7 days so the rate changes if u take the car for 5 day.
2nd reason was that R799.00 is the December rate. Tempest has bad call centre agents, i had 2 quatations of the same car, same perioud, done on the same day and they had R3k. From the call centre agents, to the manager and supervisor they all dont know what they are doing for the reason that no one can tell me the real reason my quatation and invoice have different rates.
