This is an open letter to Budget Car Hire: what a bunch of fools you are! Once again you are holding on to my deposit for no apparent reason! On top of that you give me the run around saying you released my money! It's Thursday and you have been telling me the same since Tuesday. We've been through this last month and u repeat same nonsense again! Have already been to my bank and they have no funds coming in from you, SO STOP WITH THE LYING! Your Germiston Branch Manager is so stupid she even tried to me! Can't believe i am forced to hire a car from you again next month - well, here's the thing, I'd rather have no car than come to you. You disgust me so much, I can't even begin to describe! Don't even bother responding to this post, I don't want to hear any further and like you even care at all. JUST STOP
