Credit card transactions!!!

I hired a car from Budget, I went into the branch to extend the hire time and the branch was closed on a Saturday 15 minutes before closing time which I do not have a problem with. My issues is that you have done an illegal transaction on my credit card.
I then phoned the call centre who transferred me to a branch to extend the hire time. Not once was I notified that you would deducting another R2400 deposit from my credit card. I did NOT give my permission for that payment to go through. That is and you do not deduct money from other people's accounts without there permission.
I do not care what your policy is the law is very clear that taking money without permission is!!
