Another disappointment

Yet again... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service from Renault.

I asked for a quote for 90 000 km service. Got an amount of R 3184.13. Phone to book the car in an got a new amount for DOUBLE THE AMOUNT THAT WAS QUOTED!

The SERVICE MANAGER forgot to put the cam-bet service on.

But wait. There's more! They are telling me I should do it coz its a good idea... not because THEY forgot to tell me about it or regardless the fact that THEY do not know jack about their product!

That is a circus run by clowns!

I will never ever buy a Renault again... and the worst is... I have 2 at the moment :-(
