Replacing brake pads

My wife took her Renault to the Menlyn branch for its service. The front brake pads had to be replaced. The service charge for it was R1071-00. Because se is a female, Renault Menlyn exploited her and se had to pay the full amount. This morning when she phoned me and told me how much it will cost her, I phone another vendor and they quoted me R445-00. That includes the parts and labour. Renault Menlyn charged an additional R422-00 for the parts. I phoned Trevor and told him not to continue but he did. Next time around I will make sure that I take the vehicle in for service. Shame on you for exploiting a female Renault Menlyn.
